When I became a qualified Life Coach in 2016, I was looking to learn some life skills that could help me in my own journey. Little did I know that the invaluable lessons, combined with the transformative power of yoga and meditation, would forever change my life, ultimately leading me to spend five years learning, healing and growing in India.
We all need someone to talk to, someone who is neutral, unbiased, and qualified.
We need tools and techniques to help our mind work for us and become our own friend.
We need someone to ask us questions for us to see things from a fresh perspective.
We have insecurities and flaws that we can recognise and alter for the better with the help of a compassionate coach.
We have ambitions and goals that we wish to achieve and coaching can offer clarity and steps to make them attainable.
As a mindset coach, I specialise in recognising and removing limiting beliefs.
My only duty is to listen attentively, ask incisive questions, and provide tools – not advice – to help you see things from an alternative angle.
